Mentor Mentee

Dungtse Central School has introduced a Mentor-Mentee system to provide personalized guidance and support for students. Under this system, teachers (mentors) are assigned a group of students (mentees) whom they closely monitor, guide, and support in both academic and personal development areas. Mentors meet regularly with their mentees to discuss progress, challenges, and goals, fostering a positive and supportive relationship.
